Job Summary
Demand Planner for Bakery & Meals at Mondelēz International in Upplands Väsby, responsible for developing the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinating with sales, marketing and other partners, reviewing the disaggregated short-term demand plan, and providing the finalized detailed demand plan to supply planners; conducts root-cause analysis for forecast accuracy and bias, interacts with modelling team for statistical forecasting, and participates in the integrated business planning process to improve planning and KPIs; requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus English proficiency (Swedish preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment
- Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work on priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English language knowledge is mandatory
- Swedish language is nice to have
