Job Summary
Build short-term and long-term demand forecasts in the system to trigger internal processes and improve forecast accuracy. Translate sales and marketing plans into IBP forecasts for aerospace, selecting adapted models per product and customer groups. Monitor SLOB management, coordinate preventive actions, and balance safety stock during supply constraints. Lead monthly DMR processes, prepare KPI reporting, and identify gaps between IBP plans and budgets. Daily liaise with sales, supply planning, and customer service teams to solve demand and supply issues.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- English fluent oral and writing
- Mandarin

- Excellent Excel and data analysis skill
- demand forecast system experience (e.g. OMP)
- Effective cross function communication skills
- Ability to priorities and re-plan quickly
- Able to improve process
