Demand Manager OT/Telecom

Job Summary
Lead demand management within OT Infra & Telecom by translating business demand into feasible solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, specialists, and suppliers. Act as a bridge between business and execution with a focus on medium-term predictability. Contribute to development, lifecycle management of products/services, and monitor usage, performance, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction of delivered services. Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure timely and compliant delivery; manage suppliers within your domain.
Required Qualifications
- Affinity for and knowledge of a complex OT/IT environment and/or (critical) network environments
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to connect business, operations, and suppliers
- Analytically sharp with strong communication skills
- Ability to reduce complex issues to clear, actionable choices
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment; able to switch between content, direction, and relationships
- At least HBO level of work and thinking
