Job Summary
Demand Management Operator Level 1 responsible for continuous material planning, movement, staging, and/or preparation of orders; collaborate with Demand Manager; maintain materials and department machinery; ensure effective communication with Department Manager and team; support departmental budget and operating expenses; motivate team to work efficiently and resolve conflicts; requires English fluency, forklift/Walkie Rider operation, computer usage for production data, and basic math; high school diploma preferred and background check with drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Pass company background check and drug screen
- Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
- Operate forklifts and Walkie Riders
- Proficient computer usage
- Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide)
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
Desired Qualifications
