Demand Management Manager

Lead the regional S&OP process across South America, ensuring alignment between demand, production capacity, and business objectives. Serve as the primary integration point between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders to drive execution and optimize service levels. Facilitate decision-making across organizational levels, balance demand against manufacturing constraints, and provide functional leadership to regional Supply Chain Managers. Monitor key performance indicators including inventory management and supply chain costs while identifying risks and coordinating rapid response plans. Strengthen execution discipline across manufacturing sites and establish S&OP as a strategic decision-making tool. Requires a bachelor's degree with strong experience in end-to-end supply chain management, fluent English, and a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in multinational environments.
