Job Summary
IBP Demand Inventory Controller to manage demand and inventory within the execution window, translate approved plans into practical inventory strategies, and connect demand, supply and commercial priorities to support service levels, working capital and risk management. You'll coordinate supply and demand changes within the time fence, support weekly demand reviews and the monthly IBP cycle with clear analysis and timely communication, develop inventory settings, model risks and scenarios for constrained supply or changing demand, and partner across Planning, Finance, Procurement, Operations and Customer Service to improve end-to-end inventory performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years’ experience balancing demand, supply and inventory management in an S&OP or IBP environment
- Strong understanding of integrated business planning and experience working with ERP or MRP systems
- Well-developed analytical capability, with strong attention to detail and financial acumen
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with operational and commercial stakeholders
- A relevant tertiary qualification, with experience in SAP or advanced Excel and reporting skills an advantage
