Job Summary
Demand Generation Specialist at JazzX AI responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. Responsibilities include building and managing email campaigns, creating digital advertising across LinkedIn and media partners, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, nurturing leads through automated workflows, and supporting events (in-person and virtual) from planning to post-event reporting. Additional duties involve content and website updates, social posting (LinkedIn), and CRM/marketing operations such as lead routing, data cleanliness, segmentation, and attribution. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams is essential, as is managing attendee lists, event logistics, promotional material inventory, and post-event reporting. The ideal candidate combines creativity and analytics, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has experience across events, email marketing, social media, website management, and paid advertising; a Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of relevant experience, with familiarity in AI-powered marketing tools and CRM platforms, are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Co-work, Gemini, Jasper, HubSpot AI)
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data
