Job Summary
Hybrid demand generation specialist to own campaigns using HubSpot, create multi-touch outbound programs for named accounts, collaborate with sales, and drive pipeline impact. Responsibilities include designing HubSpot sequences and automations, managing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, digital channels), building and maintaining segmented target account lists, partnering with sellers to optimize targeting and conversion, producing campaign assets, and reporting on metrics such as meetings booked, pipeline sourced, and cost per qualified meeting. Requires 2-5 years in B2B demand generation or related roles, proficiency with marketing tech stacks (HubSpot preferred), data-enrichment experience, strong writing skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or sales development
- Demonstrated experience operating modern marketing technology stacks, with deep proficiency in at least one major marketing automation platform, HubSpot strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with data and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or equivalent)
- Track record of building outbound campaigns that produced measurable pipeline outcomes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
