Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs to support ambitious revenue and pipeline growth. Collaborate with sales, marketing, research, and customer success to engage potential customers, generate demand, and drive conversions across email, paid media, content, digital experiences, and events. Own end-to-end campaigns with a data-driven approach, nurture leads through the customer lifecycle, and partner with sales to ensure pipeline quality and sustainable referral demand. Create brand-consistent content for outreach and events, define metrics and budgets with marketing operations, and report performance to stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of SaaS/enterprise marketing experience, strong analytical and project-management skills, proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-growth, health-tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in marketing, preferably healthcare or life sciences, with enterprise/B2B SaaS and subscription focus
- 5-7 years of SaaS marketing experience
- Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms
- Deep experience in executing demand generation strategies across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track campaign results and perform data analysis
- Detailed project management capabilities with cross-functional teams; able to work independently in an agile environment
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Willingness to adopt new tools and approaches quickly
- Excellent communication of plans, execution details, and results
