Job Summary
Demand Generation Manager responsible for owning end-to-end pipeline-driving campaigns across channels to accelerate growth. Partner with Growth, Sales, and RevOps to translate marketing programs into pipeline and revenue. Lead paid media optimization (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), improve funnel conversion (lead to demo to opportunity) through testing and lifecycle programs, and develop scalable SEO and content strategies to increase inbound demand. Requires 4–7+ years in B2B growth marketing, hands-on experience with paid media and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and the ability to analyze performance data and drive pipeline improvements. This role blends analytical and creative thinking in a cross-functional, in-office role with up to 2 remote days per week, based in New York City's Union Square with a salary range of $140,000–$160,000 USD; healthcare benefits and stock options offered; healthcare and senior-living industry familiarity preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B environment
- Strong hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid, email/lifecycle, and organic channels
- Experience managing paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) and working with external vendors or agencies
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements in conversion and pipeline outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps teams
