Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated demand generation plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives for assigned regions, industries, or market segments. Design and run digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, and nurture programs while leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize the buyer journey. Partner directly with Sales, SDRs, and Account Executives to align investments with business priorities and participate in pipeline reviews and forecast discussions. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Operations teams to establish KPIs, test hypotheses, and drive data-driven optimization. Mentor team members and act as a strategic advisor to improve overall marketing effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 3+ years in demand generation, revenue marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or ABM
- Proven success partnering with Sales to achieve pipeline and revenue goals
- ability to align marketing investments to business priorities across assigned regions, industries, or market segments
- Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing technologies to manage, report, and optimize demand generation program performance
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor

- Demonstrated ability to activate marketing tactics across the full buyer journey — from awareness and engagement through opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration
