Demand Generation Manager
Remote · United States
Job Summary
Demand Generation Manager to take our content, positioning, and point of view and turn it all into campaigns that drive enterprise pipeline. This role runs demand gen campaigns across channels—outbound, paid media that drives inbound, social, and whatever else earns its place in the mix. You'll also build out a meaningful social strategy from the ground up. You should be a craftsperson at heart with experience in agency environments and in-house demand programs, comfortable selling into marketing and engaging CMOs/VPs of Marketing, and able to collaborate with GTM leadership to sharpen our message. Key ownership includes outbound campaigns, paid media that drives inbound (LinkedIn-centric paid social, paid search, syndication, sponsored content, and other channels), a full-sphere social program, content distribution and amplification, strategic partnership, and translating channel learnings back to GTM, content, and product. The role requires a track record of building campaigns that generate enterprise pipeline and strong communication skills; a self-starter with genuine interest in marketing and brand, and experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and the modern enterprise demand stack. This position embraces a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation
- deep experience marketing to marketing buyers (CMOs, VPs of Marketing)
- understanding enterprise B2B sales motion (long cycles, multi-threaded buying committees)
- hands-on craft across outbound campaigns, paid social (LinkedIn especially), paid search, and content syndication
- track record of building campaigns that sourced or influenced real enterprise pipeline, not just MQLs or impressions
- strong written and verbal communication
- self-starter with collaborative streak
- genuine interest in marketing, brand, and how companies show up
