Demand Generation Lead

Job Summary
Lead demand generation programs across North America and UK/Ireland; build and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, content, email, and account-based initiatives. Translate business objectives into strategic campaign plans, develop audience segmentation, and coordinate regional initiatives with Sales and regional leadership. Own KPIs including lead generation, MQL→SQL conversion, cost per qualified lead, and pipeline influenced. Drive content creation across funnels, partner with Product Marketing for positioning, and optimize campaigns with data-driven insights. Manage day-to-day performance of paid channels (Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn), collaborate with external agencies, and provide regular reporting. Work with RevOps to maintain clean lead routing and lifecycle stages in HubSpot. Bring 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and written communication skills, and familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools. Prefer experience supporting international markets and bilingual English/French.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or pipeline generation
- Experience executing campaigns across B2B SaaS, hospitality technology, SMB, or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation, conversion improvements, and pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of paid media, content marketing, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Agency management experience is an asset
- Experience supporting international markets is preferred
- Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset
