Job Summary
Lead the Demand Generation & Field Force Effectiveness initiatives to build scalable, data-driven demand generation practices and maximize field force productivity in Crop Protection. Drive activity planning, campaign effectiveness, grower engagement, territory/resource planning, and budget/campaign management. Partner with Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to design and implement standardized tools and frameworks for activity tracking, ROI measurement, and launch excellence; enable field teams with best-in-class DG tools and training platforms (eLMS, Lazer Farm, Farmer Connect apps) and ensure effective utilization of DG data systems across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in demand generation, commercial excellence, marketing analytics, or sales enablement
- strong exposure to field execution models, farmer engagement, and channel dynamics
