Job Summary

Own the end-to-end execution lifecycle of integrated campaigns focused on generating, capturing, and converting net new demand to drive pipeline and bookings with Revenue partners. Synthesize strategy into a cohesive multi-channel journey by coordinating channel owners (Paid Media, Web, Lifecycle, Field) and Brand partners to create a single customer journey. Manage timelines, dependencies, and quality across workstreams while holding teams accountable to SLAs and escalating blockers proactively. Drive clear campaign briefs detailing objectives, targeting, and channel mix to ensure full alignment with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams. Measure performance against funnel targets (leads, MQLs, IOs), derive actionable insights for budget allocation, and proactively identify new tactics when programs underperform. Act as the primary operational contact for Sales and SDR teams, ensuring they are enabled with content and context while monitoring lead routing best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment
