Demand Forecast Analyst

Job Summary
Create forecasts, monitor performance, and maintain master demand infrastructure to support sales planning and demand. Develop analytically based demand/sales forecasts across multiple product lines and update stakeholders on weekly progress versus demand forecast through standard and ad-hoc reporting. Identify risks and opportunities related to shipments, consumption, and customer inventories while partnering with sales and supply teams to capture insights on promotions, trade spend, and market data. Maintain master demand files, reporting infrastructure, and customer/product hierarchies, compiling third-party shipment data and publishing reports for the sales team. Perform all duties within Good Manufacturing Practice and food safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management Information Systems or a related field
- 1-3 years of forecasting or sales analysis experience
- Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in data mapping and modeling
- Advanced Excel skills with heavy emphasis on pivot tables and queries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make timely deliverables
- Must have ability to travel to clients, customers, or other work sites by a variety of transportation methods
