Demand Forecast Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare forecast based on customer and sales demand; monitor and advise on issues presenting risk or opportunity; manage statistical forecasts and inventory demand plans aligned to KPI metrics; coordinate demand plans with account managers and customers to ensure allocation to support inventory within a global supply chain; ensure timely submittal of client forecasts and updates to create functional demand plans; manage multiple SKUs with short life spans (6–12 months); oversee long-range planning and execute New Product Launch and End of Life strategies; support S&OP to align sales plans with operational plans; manage procurement analytics to ensure accurate data in reports; build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning in a global supply chain environment (Asia preferred)
- Experience with ERP and WMS systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Experience with Power BI a plus
- Strong account management experience highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access; familiarity with ERP and WMS systems
- Wireless industry experience preferred
