Job Summary
Partner with the omnichannel lead weekly to analyze retail sales across partners and distributors, ensuring sufficient inventory at fulfillment centers through monthly reforecasting. Maintain a demand planning model projecting inventory needs, sales mix trends, and gross margin impacts based on sales data. Track input costs to monitor gross margin evolution across the product portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to model new business opportunities and develop long-term strategic plans. This role reports to the Director, Revenue Management and supports the finance team in analyzing business performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems
- understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles
- ability to fully understand all aspects of an issue and bring actionable solutions to the team
- Strong communication skills
