Job Summary
Lead cross-functional alignment to establish and maintain a consensus demand plan at the Style-Color-SKU level, driving inventory, supply, and financial decisions across the Mexico business. Apply advanced forecasting methodologies and planning tools to improve forecast quality, proactively adjust assumptions based on market dynamics, and identify risks and opportunities. Lead demand reviews within the SIOP process, communicating forecast changes and business assumptions while developing scenario analyses to support inventory, capacity, and growth strategies. Own forecast accuracy through analysis of customer trends, product lifecycle impacts, and replenishment patterns. Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in Demand Planning or Supply Chain disciplines; fluent English and advanced Excel skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SIOP, Forecasting, Replenishment, or related Supply Chain disciplines
- Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Logility, or similar planning systems
