Job Summary
Demand and replenishment planning specialist responsible for forecasting demand, planning replenishment, analyzing inventory levels, and collaborating with IT to automate reporting. Will maintain product master data, monitor supply chain KPIs, prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and suppliers, act as a point of contact for suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Data & Reporting area. Requires proven experience in demand forecasting and inventory management, analytical data interpretation, proficiency with supply chain software, strong communication, and a Bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work model includes 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week in Bucharest, Romania.
