Job Summary
Develop and maintain demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales trends, identifying risks, and validating forecast updates for accuracy. Build and manage KPI reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to track supply chain performance. Investigate and report forecast variances, demand exceptions, and data discrepancies while supporting inventory analysis for finished goods and raw materials. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align planning assumptions and communicate actionable insights to leadership. Analyze product lifecycle trends to support portfolio optimization and transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2-4 years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
