Job Summary
Analyze and interpret sales data to determine supply and demand trends; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning strategies; monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to ensure flawless supply chain operations; prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance and market trends; identify risks and opportunities in supply and demand planning and propose mitigation strategies; develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators to ensure alignment on supply chain initiatives; use advanced analytics tools to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency; participate in the continuous improvement of demand planning processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- The ability to work strictly to deadlines and prioritize effectively
- An ambitious attitude with a dedication to achieving world-class results
- A track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
