Job Summary
Configure and maintain Deltek Vantagepoint modules including CRM, Projects, Resource Planning, Accounting, Workflows, and Security Roles. Design system enhancements, custom fields, and business rules while managing upgrades, testing, and deployment. Analyze AR/WIP functionality and revenue/expense segmentation to recommend process improvements and streamline workflows. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support financial, operational, and project analytics. Maintain data integrity across clients, projects, and financial records by establishing governance standards and troubleshooting quality issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for users, troubleshooting configuration problems and conducting training sessions. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on integrations with Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics, payroll systems, and ERP solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of hands-on Deltek Vantagepoint administration and configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint modules, workflows, security, and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting professional services organizations, preferably within Architecture, Engineering, Consulting, or Construction.
- Advanced understanding of business processes related to Project management.
- Advanced understanding of business processes related to Resource planning.
- Advanced understanding of business processes related to Accounting and finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
