Job Summary
Establish store performance by setting expectations, coaching employees, and conducting regular meetings to align on goals and customer service. Manage financial operations by analyzing business trends, implementing plans to maximize sales, reviewing invoices, and maintaining proper controls over physical and financial assets. Oversee facility standards by ensuring cleanliness, inspecting equipment, and managing vendor returns for unused parts. Work five days including weekends with a minimum of two years in automotive management.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans with clearly defined goals for their individual store
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Possess valid driver's license, or obtain a valid driver's license within 30 days of hire date
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends

- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position
