Job Summary
Lead daily site operations, production, and profitability while driving sales, memberships, and loyalty programs. Manage labor, expenses, and supply utilization to ensure the location remains staffed and operational. Maintain a clean, safe site and brand standards by addressing equipment issues immediately and adhering to all safety and procedural guidelines. Handle cash, key operations, and incident escalations while overseeing weekly coaching, KPIs, and performance reviews. Work 45+ hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, in all weather conditions. Hold a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Ensure high-quality people, product, and presentation standards across the tunnel, lot, lobby, and restrooms.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related management experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
