Job Summary
Senior Partner Manager for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) at Delos Cloud, a SAP subsidiary, responsible for building and managing strategic ISV partnerships to scale platform consumption, increase attractiveness to end customers, and enable end-to-end customer processes. Manage the full partner lifecycle from selection and onboarding to enablement and joint go-to-market, align with partner networks, plan and execute Co-Marketing activities, and drive new business opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional Delos Cloud and partner teams to ensure pipeline success, drive cloud enablement programs to scale partner delivery capabilities, recruit new partners, provide technical and marketing support, monitor partner performance against milestones, represent Delos Cloud at partner events, and negotiate partner contracts. Requires extensive experience in software/hardware industries, senior-level partner-management or sales-related roles, cloud knowledge (preferably Microsoft Azure/M365), strong stakeholder management, regulatory and public-sector understanding, strategic thinking, and excellent German and English communication; active security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software or hardware industry
- 7+ years of experience in partner management or sales-related roles
- Active security clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Strong networking abilities with stakeholders in solution areas
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of public sector requirements and regulated industries
- Strategic thinking, innovation, and results orientation
- Confident presence with C-level stakeholders and persuasive argumentation
