Job Summary
Dell Brand Advocacy Representative responsible for building relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores for Dell products; travel within assigned territory to visit retailers; conduct product demonstrations; educate store personnel on features; maintain Dell brand displays; meet sales goals; schedule product trainings with store staff; ensure displays are clean and functional; collect feedback from customers and store personnel; coordinate with store management to support merchandising and pricing initiatives; receive incentives and benefits; requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel to various retailers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
- Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
