Job Summary
Build relationships and brand awareness inside retail stores by cultivating partnerships with store associates, shoppers, and key stakeholders. Travel within your assigned territory to physically visit retailers, refresh product displays quarterly, and ensure Dell's brand standards are maintained through regular inspections. Educate retail staff on latest Dell offerings, conduct hands-on product demonstrations, and execute sales activities to meet productivity goals. Collect consumer insights weekly, gather marketplace trends, and document visit data to provide sales and marketing channel recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation
- State-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
- Must be able to travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code
- Occasional travel to other Markets
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
- Prior knowledge of technology
