Job Summary
Travel within the assigned market to build relationships with retail associates, shoppers, and store leaders while demonstrating Dell products and maintaining brand standards. Refresh displays, conduct survey of branded fixtures, and execute resets to ensure devices are clean and functional. Collect consumer insights, gather intelligence on competitor pricing, and provide data on marketplace trends to support sales productivity. Meet or exceed personal sales goals and weekly in-store time targets by engaging directly with customers and facilitating product training for front-line staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- State-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
- Prior knowledge of technology
