Job Summary
Travel within assigned territory to physically visit retailers, refresh product displays quarterly, and inspect branded fixtures to maintain Dell's retail standards. Build partnerships with store associates and managers to educate them on latest offerings, facilitate product training, and execute sales activities inside each location. Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and conduct experience events to drive brand excitement and meet weekly in-store time goals. Collect consumer insights weekly, gather marketplace trends, and record findings to provide data on competitor pricing and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation
- State-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
- Must be able to travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code
- Must be able to travel to other Markets occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
- Prior knowledge of technology
