Job Summary
Provide exceptional food and beverage service to RS3 guests and hosts while maintaining proper uniform and appearance. Stock supplies in counter areas, display refrigerators, salad bars, and steam tables accurately, and inform kitchen staff of low quantities or special requests. Keep display equipment, tables, chairs, and work areas clean, ensuring food is displayed at appropriate temperatures and complying with sanitary practices. Check orders to verify completeness and accuracy, relay customer comments to supervisors, and perform other assigned duties. Requires Food Handler Certification, ability to lift 45 pounds, and flexibility for extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Communicate well and convey instructions written and verbal
- Must work well in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and in a high-stress, fast paced environment
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Food Handler Certification
- Must be able to stand and be mobile for periods of up to four (4) hours in length and have the ability to bend and lift up to 45 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work in adverse environments
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
