Job Summary
The role involves driving to various customer locations for computer and printer repairs and troubleshooting, primarily focusing on Dell products. Candidates must possess A+ certification and have hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, and break/fix tasks. Extensive driving (up to 300 miles per week) is required, and candidates will need to use their own vehicles for transportation. Commitment to professional behavior and appearance is essential, and background checks will be conducted post-offer. Candidates must also complete Dell certification training as part of the onboarding process.
Required Qualifications
- A+ Certification (mandatory)
- Good experience working on Laptops and desktops
- Good experience on Break/Fix
Desired Qualifications
- Dell or any product manufacture certification
