Verify delivery records against system entries to ensure accuracy and obtain proof of delivery (POD) documentation from personnel and customers. Maintain organized records of all verified deliveries and assist in resolving discrepancies related to delivery confirmations. Collaborate with team members to improve processes for tracking and verifying deliveries, while providing support to management and other departments as needed. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking experience in logistics and operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with data entry
- Ability to work independently
