Job Summary
Deliver materials to customers, including assistance with loading, unloading, and ensuring ticket delivery. Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to a supervisor. Follow all company safety policies, including wearing a safety harness with a 400 lb capacity, and adhere to DOT standards. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling orders, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials. Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm with overtime availability. Valid DOT Medical card and drivers license required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a Valid Drivers license
- Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required
Desired Qualifications
- 0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
- PVF experience preferred
- A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads
