Job Summary
Deliver materials to customers, including assistance with loading and unloading, while ensuring delivery tickets are provided. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any issues to a supervisor. Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials. Follow all company safety policies, DOT standards, and regulations, including wearing required personal protective equipment. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime available as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a Valid Drivers license
- Follow all DOT standards and regulations
- Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required
Desired Qualifications
- A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
