Job Summary
Deliver materials to customers by loading and unloading with a pallet jack and two-wheel dolly, ensuring ticket delivery with each shipment. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to the supervisor. Pick up customer returns to validate product match for credit requests. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials. Adhere to all safety regulations and DOT standards, including wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining a valid DOT Medical card. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CDL
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
- Follow all DOT standards and regulations
- Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
- Pre-employment drug and background screening required
Desired Qualifications
- A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads
