Job Summary
Deliver materials to customers using a pallet jack and two-wheel dolly for loading, unloading, and ticket verification. Pick up customer returns to validate product matches for credit requests. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to a supervisor. Assist warehouse personnel with pulling, preparing, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials. Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and a 400 lb safety harness. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid CDL A
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to lift items that weigh over 50lbs
- *Pre-employment drug and background screening required*
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPad
