Job Summary
Own the full lifecycle of the Planview Portfolios platform by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing modules for stakeholder management and Agile metrics. Measure delivery flow using cycle time and throughput trends while ensuring accurate, consistent data for analytics and reporting. Design executive dashboards and translate business requirements into tailored reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and MS Excel. Lead system upgrades, provide application support, and manage user access and resource lifecycle administration. Define standards, controls, and usage guidelines for delivery tooling and visualizations. Partner with analytics, data, and platform teams to improve automation and integration, delivering training and insights to C-suite and delivery teams. Guide Planview modernization initiatives to support strategic outcomes and continuous improvement across the Interac ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner gracefully with senior leaders
- Strong focus on advanced data analysis, uncovering patterns and driving evidence-based decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related fields
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau and Microsoft Access Pro
- Proven experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform)
- Training in SQL, relational databases management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL or MS Access and/or data analysis
- Experience working within or alongside a Portfolio Management Office (PMO/EPMO)
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to coach at all levels—from hands on delivery teams to senior leadership
- Demonstrated success improving team health, delivery flow, and customer centric practices
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and reporting architectures
- Experience with requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and vendor/SOW management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Eligibility to work full-time in Canada
- Must complete background checks, which may include Canadian Criminal Credit Check, Canadian ID Cross-Check, Public Safety Verification, 5-year Employment Verification, Education Verification, Credit Check, and Social Media Check
