Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service while assembling, repairing, and delivering mobility equipment such as wheelchairs and positioning systems. Conduct service calls in the office and field, instructing patients on proper care equipment use. Maintain product knowledge, complete paperwork accurately, and ensure the physical and mechanical condition of the assigned vehicle and work area. Participate in the required on-call rotation for evening and weekend support. Maintain a neat appearance and cooperate with the Operations Manager on additional projects. Complete 10 hours of continuing education credits per renewal cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited High School, or GED equivalent.
- Previous technical and/or production experience.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Must be able to lift heavy items regularly.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to read and speak English fluently.
- Responsible and cooperative attitude.
- Neat and clean personal appearance.
- License and registration.
- Participation in the on-call rotation is required.
- Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function of the job.
- Complete 10 hours of continuing education credits, relevant to this position, per renewal cycle, including up to 5 hours of in-house facility based In-Service continuing education and a minimum of 5 hours of approved peer review continuing education programs as directed by management.

Desired Qualifications
