Delivery Supervisor

Supervise daily delivery operations by planning driver schedules, managing routes, and ensuring on-time completions. Foster employee engagement by establishing a culture where staff feel valued and motivated. Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved through monitoring driver performance, analyzing KPIs, and addressing performance gaps. Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations by conducting audits and ensuring adherence to protocols. Coordinate and adjust routes daily to balance schedules, customer demands, service hours, and workload. Establish positive internal and external customer relationships through regular communication to improve efficiency. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with salary ranging from $73,947 to $92,434 plus annual target bonus.
