Job Summary
Supervise assigned delivery staff by training, planning, directing work, appraising performance, and resolving complaints through superior leadership. Manage vacation and personal leave coverage while reading routing manifests to deliver products using a truck, forklift, pallet jack, and/or hand truck. Accurately record invoices, credits, and instructional information on manifests; collect money from customers, make change, and document transactions. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, place stock on shelves, and collect or reject empty containers. Listen to service complaints, obtain customer signatures, and suggest ways to improve profits, quality, and service. Requires a CDL class A, clean driving record, and experience in beverage delivery.
Required Qualifications
- CDL class A
- Clean driving record, no SR22 insurance
- Copies of your CDL and DMV record
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Will occasionally lift and/or move up to 170 pounds
- Operates a pallet jack and hand cart
