Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts and staging items for drivers. Use smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and build orders into delivery bags and vans. Transport pallets and packages using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while operating around moving equipment. Handle truck deliveries of customer packages and navigate stairs where applicable. Perform tasks involving standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
