Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, transporting items, and staging deliveries for drivers. Use smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages while operating carts, dollies, and hand trucks. Work in climate-controlled environments with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and varying noise levels. Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs. Lift up to 49 pounds and follow instructions on screens for some tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
