Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders via handheld devices, and staging items for drivers. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move pallets and packages from truck deliveries to vans. Build, wrap, and sort orders while operating around moving equipment in a climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures. Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts while lifting up to 49 pounds. Go up and down stairs where applicable, wearing closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear in select areas.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes
- Protective safety footwear in select areas
