Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, sorting, scanning orders on handheld devices, and staging items for driver pickup. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks while building, wrapping, and moving pallets. Operate within climate-controlled facilities with varying temperatures, moving vehicles, and noise levels, utilizing protective gear and following daily safety tips. Work in an inclusive team environment with opportunities for onboarding training, career growth, and tuition support.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Protective safety footwear required in select areas
