Job Summary
Delivery Station Team Lead at JD Logistics leads a shift-based team of associates, sorters, and drivers; supports the supervisor in daily operations, allocates tasks, ensures timely dispatch of deliveries, assists with team briefings, and enforces safety and quality standards. Trains new team members, communicates with transport and customer service as needed, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Requires 2+ years in logistics/warehouse environments, strong teamwork and communication, ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends), and basic computer skills with handheld scanners.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments
- Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
