Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily operations at the delivery station; supervise and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during shifts; allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries; assist with team briefings and enforce safety and quality standards; identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality; maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment; train new team members on basic station processes and best practices; communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments
- Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners
