Job Summary
Delivery, install, relocate, service, and retrieve merchandise in customer homes for Premier Rental; deliver and install items correctly, complete service calls and relocations on schedule, verify item/model/serial numbers match the rental agreement, retrieve and relocate merchandise as customers move, and refurbish returned items to like-new condition. Provide friendly, professional customer service, maintain clear communication with customers and team, assist with store operations, safeguard company funds in the field, and work in varied environments with frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and travel between stores. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, DOT certification if state law requires, training completion, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training will equip knowledge of all products in inventory and ensure accurate handling and installation of merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- DOT certification (if required by state law).
- Completion of training program and one year of customer-service experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
