Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers safely, using fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and secure keys, fuel cards, and collected monies. Collect cash on deliveries, pick up customer returns, and communicate special needs to store management. Report maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately, and ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked at day's end. Clock in and out per policy, while assisting with customer service, stocking, merchandising, and cashier duties as assigned. A legally required state driver's license and strong communication skills are essential. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. Total compensation includes competitive wages, PTO, and stock purchase plans.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
