Job Summary
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner, using hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage. Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain fleet cleanliness, and secure keys, fuel cards, and collected monies. Collect cash on C.O.D. deliveries, pick up customer returns, and communicate special needs to store management. Report maintenance issues, accidents, or damage immediately, ensuring fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are locked at day's end. Clock in/out per policy and perform assigned duties including stocking, merchandising, cashiering, and errands. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record and bilingual skills. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations
- Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system
- Must possess a legally required state driver's license
- Must meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Ability to operate other light store equipment
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
